1 hour Group Fitness Consultation includes a sit-down conversation (in a group setting) about fitness goals, membership plans, body scanning/results and our recommendations. The body scanner measures your body fat percentage vs muscle, BMI, waist circumference, lean mass, fat mass, etc.
